Resilience at Work

We work with teams and organisations across public, private, and civil society to generate practical insights and actionable strategies for fostering role clarity, appreciation of complementary strengths, and ways to enhance resilience capacities at work, individually and collectively.

Our applied research into socio-ecological dynamics of collective resilience in work environments has reached almost 500 participants from twelve companies, revealing how teams mediate between individual and organisational resilience. Our collaboration with Belbin Team Roles has illuminated distinctive patterns in how different team roles experience and contribute to collective resilience, suggesting new approaches to team composition and the concept of “resilience cascades” – where organisational practices influence resilience beyond the workplace.
